Recently, the book edited by SITI, Blossoming Sesame: Stories of Entrepreneurs in Shanghai, was formally published. With 6 chapters, the book presents its 4 in 1 applied innovation service system formed through persistent exploration of business service model, based on development trend of domestic and international public spaces for innovation, in this era of “Innovation by the Public, All could be Entrepreneurs”. The Entrepreneur Mentors and Successful Entrepreneurs of SITI shared their experience and case analysis so that other entrepreneur teams could refer and understand better how to dock resources and realize win-win targets, which is also missions and tasks of the Public Space for Group Innovation at SITI. In the background of innovation and entrepreneurship, the Public Space for Group Innovation at SITI paced towards "all factor" entrepreneurial service model. The first chapter discusses the trend of innovation and entrepreneurship, national policy supports, and propelling from the capital market. As a result, public entrepreneurship spaces have been established here and there and at the same time, many problems emerged and need to be solved. The second chapter analyzes how the public entrepreneurship spaces, in this round of reform, could find the correct positions, combine success with failure, and enhance its practical functions so that they could provide more comprehensive environment for entrepreneurship growth with lower cost, higher efficiency, and less risks. The third chapter describes how the Public Space for Group Innovation at SITI persisted on product trial production at the beginning and formed an innovative service model with means of technology consulting, environment supports and resource docking. Its effective 4 in 1 applied innovation service model of “R&D+Trial+Capital+Industry” promoted both the social and economic values of the start-ups. The fourth chapter emphasizes on how the Public Space for Group Innovation at SITI propelled its service model and helped to form new incubation models in more regions so that more entrepreneurs could benefit from the efficiency and convenience of the new model. The fifth chapter is about sharing of experience both from the mentors and from the entrepreneurs, which would enlighten more entrepreneurs and at the same time make the services at the space closer to the needs of the entrepreneurs. The sixth chapter is about prospect of future entrepreneurship services. The "all factor" entrepreneurial service model is definitely the future, which will definitely enhance the service capacity of the public spaces and help the entrepreneurs devote more fully into their courses.
