On the 2017 19th China International Industry Fair, SITI jointly with enterprises at the Incubation Platform for NB-IoT Industrial Applications, showed various smart-city systems and solutions based on Internet of Lamps and NB-IoT technologies. During the show period, the solutions attracted a lot of domestic and international visitors at the Fair and got high appraisal for SITI’s service model with generic technologies and joint innovation with enterprises.

Soon after the end of the Fair, a lot of the enterprises and institutions established contacts with SITI and carried out discussions on possible collaborations. Many enterprises of vertical industries found that the generic technology services such as hardware access technology and data management platform at SITI could effectively help their enterprises to enter into the new era of Internet of things quickly and easily, and expect to join the Incubation Platform for NB-IoT Industrial Applications. Within a month, nearly ten enterprises have signed the cooperation agreement with SITI and more are in process of discussion.

There is more good news, the professional team members at the Incubation Platform for NB-IoT Industrial Applications @SITI participated the project of “2018-2020 Huangpu District Smart Urban Block Design” and wrote the planning of “Smart Huangpu IoT Network Design”. The NB technology based lamps, garbage bins, fire hydrant, grounded magnetic, smoke sensers, etc. exhibited at CIIF could also be utilized in the Smart Huangpu Top-Design Plan. Some of the demo projects have been implemented including smart garbage bins and smart illumination.
