ommunity Eldercare Service – Supplier Terminal App is developed for eldercare service providers in the community including eldercare institutions, service personnel who provide on-site service or store services. The management platform sends orders to the APP in messages, and after log in, service providers can receive the orders, do the follow-ups, and improve service or complete user’s information. The backstage manages and releases information of service items including duration/times, and prices. All members pay online when order services, and can give online comments after providers accomplish the services.

When logging in for the first time, users will find a help document to get some necessary instruction. After locating the user, the software will check nearby members and show their contact information when clicking on the red spots for their locations. The “order” module displays orders of different status including received orders, started service, etc.
