On Dec 18th, SITI and COMPA co-organized a collaboration workshop with signing ceremony for collaboration MoU. Mr. Xiaoming Niu, president of SITI and Mr. Yong Beom Cho, president of COMPA attended the workshop. Participants include representatives from KAUTM, Ajou University, Sogang University, Dongguk University, soltoro, Ipon, IT department, smart manufacturing department, biomedicine department and comprehensive office of SITI.

The Korean delegation led by Mr. Yong Beom Cho also visited the metal 3D printing laboratory, the experience area of smart transportation engineering center, and the showcase floor of the Jingqiao Branch.

During the workshop, the experts from the two sides shared scientific progress in the four areas, ICT, smart manufacturing, biomedicine, and green energy, and discussed from the aspects of research and development capacity, scientific achievement transfer and application, and collaboration possibilities.

Mr. Xiaoming Niu, president of SITI and Mr. Yong Beom Cho, president of COMPA signed on the collaboration MoU on behalf of SITI and COMPA. During his speech, Mr. Niu said that all things start hard but the collaboration workshop could serve as the frontline of the two side collaboration and provide a bridge for scientific supply and industrial needs, propelling industrial technology innovation and achievement transfer.
