On the morning of Sept.14, 2017, a delegation of more than 20 persons from the Cadre Training Class of Vietnam Party College visited SITI. Mr. Niu Xiaoming, president of SITI, Ms. Shen Chun, director of comprehensive office, and Mr. Chen Zhihui, manager of technology exchanges, participated the activity.

The delegation visited the Platform for Flexible Display Technologies, 3D Printing Technology R&D and Service Platform, and Indoor Air Purification Assessment and Testing Center, accompanied by Dr. Chen Zhihui. Then they went to the NB-IoT Application Platform, getting more understanding of the terminals on the demo station including NB road lamps, monitoring sensors, etc. During the visit, the long-distance medical patrolling robot in the exhibition hall “TiBot” roused the attention of the delegation. It is jointly developed by SITI and Shanghai University, as a professional service robot for medical and eldercare market, with functions of remote control, diagnosis, patrolling and following. The delegation members actively interacted with the robot, in a quite exciting atmosphere.

During the follow-up discussion, Mr. Niu Xiaoming answered the questions from the delegation members and gave a detailed explanation of the development concept “Innovation with Clients” and the function positioning at “propelling industrial development”. The delegation members expressed their sincere gratitude towards SITI’s hospitality and detailed introduction and their hope to deepen the communication with SITI in some relevant fields.
