Orienting towards the strategy of construction science and technology innovation center with global influence, SAST and SITI initiated “Innovation Pioneer” Program in 2016. Recently, in order to further propel the carry-out of the program and strengthen talent cultivation, SAST and SITI jointly organized a series of totally 5 trainings for the program leaders.

On the closing ceremony, Mr. Shi Qian, vice president of SAST and SITI expressed his wish that all the trainees would apply what they had learnt to application and spread to the whole team, so that in the future work, they could continue to reflect and never forget what was learnt and to enhance team construction capacity.

The themes of the trainings include professional education, team construction and comprehensive quality, and more than 40 program leaders from the academy and the institute as well as affiliated units attended the trainings. The trainees learnt the development strategies of SITI, got familiar with the newest position application policies, clarified their career plans, understood the basic principles of team construction, grasped the techniques of communication, etc. During the training, they also visited one of SITI’s innovation partners – ZMPC’s Changxingdao base, and their concept of “innovation with clients” were further strengthened.
