On Dec 2nd, co-organized by Coordination Office for Promotion of SME Development, the Shanghai SME Service Center, Shanghai Industrial Technology Institute, China-Germany Industry 4.0 Alliance, and Shanghai CT Hi-Tech Entrepreneurial Service Co., LTD, with assistant co-organizers including IWC, the Industry 4.0 Forum of “Smart Manufacturing” and matchmaking for China-Germany high-tech investment was held in Huxiang Center, Xuhui District.
Invited speakers include Mr. Schulte-Kemper, President of FAKT Group Corporation, Mr. Alexander Zoz, Marketing Supervisor of Zoz GmbH, Mr. Fangwu Shu, GM of VMT Vision Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd, Ms. Feiya Fan, director of Digital Factory Simulation Laboratoary and President of Shanghai Dongfang Shenxin Technology Development Co Ltd. Mr. Rong Zhiqin, Secretary-general of Shanghai Economic and Information Commission, Mr. Xiaoming Niu, president of Shanghai Industrial Technology Institute (SITI), Mr. Shi Qian, vice president of SITI, Mr. Bingwu Wei, vice director of SME Development Center, Mr. Chen Zhenwei, Vice president of Central Research Institute of INESA Group, and Dr. Zhou Xianqian, Chairman of Executive Board, China-Germany Industry 4.0 Alliance attended the activity and delivered speeches on the opening. The forum was hosted by Mr. Dongbo Ge, director of Shanghai SME Service Center.
On the forum, Mr. Chen Zhenwei, Vice president of Central Research Institute of INESA Group, shared the exploration and practices of INESA Group in smart manufacturing, Dr. Zhou Xianqian, Chairman of Executive Board, China-Germany Industry 4.0 Alliance, explained how to connect with the startups in Germany and introduce them to China market with innovative models and methods including China-Germany Angel Funds, technology and product resources, professional team formation, and with some typical cases. Mr. Fangwu Shu, GM of VMT Vision Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd, presented sensor 4.0 and 3D sensors, while Ms. Feiya Fan, director of Digital Factory Simulation Laboratoary and President of Shanghai Dongfang Shenxin Technology Development Co Ltd proposed her opinions on smart manufacturing solutions for digital factory and virtual-reality fusion. FAKT Energy of Germnay brought their experience of construction energy-saving greenhouse parks and other speakers presented various aspects of industry 4.0 from internet of things antenna, novel fuel cells, SAP system HANA storage technology platform, etc.
In the matchmaking part of the forum, more than 20 high-tech projects from Germany including the pluripotent stem cell project led by the top scientist Prof. Juergen Hescheler, new planted tooth protection technology, casting technology, innovative materials for intestinal temporary clogging, three-dimensional ultrasound body scanner, etc. and some projects reached initial collaboration intention and would be closely followed up after the forum.
Other participants of the activity include department leaders of Shanghai Economic and Information Commission, Coordination Office for Promotion of SME Development, the Shanghai SME Service Center, enterprise leaders and experts from Germany seeking for opportunities of technology transfer and collaborations, as well as investors and media.
