The Development Platform V.1 for IoT Management developed by the project data service and innovation center at SITI was successfully applied to bridge maintenance and management, as well as polluted water plant management. It was successfully deployed at Wusong Bridge, Hai’an Road Bridge and Dinghai Road Bridge on June 14th and two polluted water plants in the districts of XiangCheng and Chengxi, Suzhou.

The project data service and innovation center at SITI signed project contracts with Shanghai Municipal Engineering Design Institute (Group) Co., Ltd. to develop a bridge IOT online monitoring platform and a smart management system for polluted water plants in the districts of XiangCheng and Chengxi, Suzhou. In the area of bridge maintenance and management, the focus was on comparison and correlation monitoring of bridge structure data, and detection and analysis of overweight vehicles; in the area of polluted water plant management, the focus was on real-time monitoring and data collection with graphic control technology upon the treatment process, structure, and key equipment, as well as analysis of energy consumption data.

The Development Platform V.1 for IoT Management is for further improvement and upgrading of existing products, namely the network middleware, with focus on industrial applications and reference to German Rami4.0 standard and American Industrial Internet architecture. It highlights CPS technology system with emphasis on data acquisition, transmission, processing and application between physical device and virtual network, providing IoT solutions. The platform

The platform focuses on the facility management, data management, and maintenance management, mapping the physical entity in CPS system to the information system, with data acquisition of equipment condition and supports towards routine operation management, maintenance, and decision making, realizing health monitoring and maintenance of industrial facilities.
